1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of StyleFindr.
By creating an account, downloading, accessing, or using StyleFindr, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms or, where permitted by applicable law, use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You must comply with applicable laws.
3. Service Description
StyleFindr is a clothing discovery platform. Users may upload photographs, upload screenshots, circle clothing items, search for visually similar products, and view retail and secondhand results.
StyleFindr does not sell clothing. StyleFindr is not a retailer. StyleFindr is not a marketplace. StyleFindr does not facilitate purchases.
4. No Guarantee of Accuracy
Results are generated through artificial intelligence and automated search systems.
StyleFindr does not guarantee accurate identification, exact product matches, price accuracy, availability, authenticity, quality, or merchant reliability.
Results are provided for informational and discovery purposes only.
5. Third-Party Retailers
Products displayed may originate from third parties including eBay, Depop, Grailed, Google Shopping sources, and independent retailers.
Any purchase occurs solely between you and the retailer.
StyleFindr is not responsible for orders, returns, refunds, shipping, product quality, counterfeit goods, or retailer conduct.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload.
By uploading content, you grant StyleFindr a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process images, analyze content, generate search results, improve functionality, and store and display content within your account.
You represent that you have rights necessary to upload submitted content.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Violate laws
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Upload illegal content
- Interfere with service operation
- Reverse engineer the service
- Circumvent security measures
- Scrape or harvest data
- Use automated bots without authorization
We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
8. Subscriptions
StyleFindr offers subscriptions including:
- Monthly: USD $11.99
- Annual: USD $49.99
A 3-day free trial may be offered. Pricing may change in the future.
9. Billing
Billing is processed through Apple App Store and RevenueCat. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Apple manages payment processing. StyleFindr does not process payment cards.
10. Refunds
Refunds are governed by Apple's policies. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple. StyleFindr does not issue refunds directly.
11. Intellectual Property
The StyleFindr application, software, branding, design, databases, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, no rights are granted.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STYLEFINDR IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY.
WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STYLEFINDR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST BUSINESS, INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT, RETAILER TRANSACTIONS, OR AI ERRORS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) AMOUNTS PAID TO STYLEFINDR DURING THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS; OR (B) USD $100.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold StyleFindr harmless from claims arising from your content, your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for security concerns, legal requirements, violations of Terms, or abuse of the platform. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.
16. Apple-Specific Terms
Apple is not responsible for the application, maintenance, support services, warranty claims, or product claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Use of the application must comply with App Store terms and policies.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Iceland, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
18. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating legal proceedings, users agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting: support@stylefindr.app
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
19. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and StyleFindr.
